All orders are sent trackable with PostNord to your specified delivery address. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the package will be left outside your door. If accessibility is not possible, it is left to the nearest postal agent.
Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours and are expected to reach you within 2-3 days.

Returns
When returning, contact us here with the reason and order number.
You always have a 14-day right of cancellation, from when you received your order, if you regret your purchase.
We provide you with a QR code instead of sending a physical shipping document.
The shipping document is then printed at a service point when you show the QR code and hand in the package.
As soon as we receive your return, we will send a confirmation to your email and refund the amount, minus return shipping of 4,99 EUR.

Washing advice
Caps:
We recommend always washing the cap by hand. This is to avoid it losing its shape & structure.
Fill the sink with lukewarm water. Pour in some liquid detergent and gently scrub away the dirt with a dish sponge. Rinse off with cold water and let the cap dry.
Beanies:
To avoid stretching, please use a laundry bag and a hand wash/wool program on the washing machine. Wash at a maximum of 30°.
Let the beanie dry lying down to avoid the beanie from stretching, never use a tumble dryer as it destroys the fiber and risks shrinking.
